I don't know anything about ear infections in dogs but my husband had an ear fungous for months. After many trips to an ear specialist and medicines, I finally looked up on line and found a home remedy. It was 1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 Tablespoon of rubbing alcohol mixed together. I used an eye dropper to put about 2 drops in each ear 3 times a day. The last time my husband went for a checkup, both ears were completely healed up.
