Yes... started on bottom side, stuck the contact paper to bottom and wrapped about inch around on top. Then stuck contact paper on top and wrapped to the bottom. Put the clear vinyl on top and wrapped to bottom and just used some clear packing tape and taped it to the bottom. Would have just made do with the contact, but wanted to have a "smooth" transitional surface from extension to machine and back to extension, so used the vinyl.
