This block will be used on a crib bumper. Do you think the vinegar smell will stay on the fabric. I guess it will have to be washed? I think I would have to hand wash the block then put the bumper together.
I would not make a bummer that could not be washed for a child's crib. With all the stuff that can get on it, it really needs to be able to be washed. Either using starch or vinegar you should launder both out.
