The fabric is Alexander Henry. It's not a panel, it's sold by the yard. I believe it is called, "Buckaroos". It is an older line but still available. As a matter of fact, you could google
"The Flying Needle" (a quilt shop here in Stephenville, Tx). I am pretty sure they have it in stock right now!
