Well, I am thinking you can buy a solid fabric to make blocks with and embroider on the size blocks you want and use the patterns you design. Then sew those together and then quilt after you finish. You don't have to find a quilt that is already . I have seen the embroider designs pre-stamped. I am thinking google it to find more pre-stamped quilts to embroider would be an idea too.
