I have had my long arm quilter put minke on the back of two baby quilts I have made. One I put batting in the other I didn't. She likes to put a light weight interfacing and says that really helps with the stretch.
I am working with minkee right now in a baby quilt. Making a rag quilt and am throwing in some minkee squares. I stretches like a bugger so I use my walking foot and pin pin pin. It also sheds like crazy. But it is so soft and cuddly I just love it!
