When we start thinking about why we are stuck or not making much progress it becomes very interesting to me to see what I am not giving up. Am I really ready to give up anything for the sake of my health? Was that donut or that can of soda worth it? Hmmm...it just continues to make me wonder. Nothing but good things can come from self-examination, IMHO.
