Hi from Myrtle beach area, the weather is the best part of living in sc. If you play golf the beac area is the best place to be. I don't play but my husband does. We lived in Anderson for 23 years and moved to the beach 2 yrs ago. I don't like all the traffic in the summer in the tourist area but easily avoidable. It is such a friendly place to be. Born and raised in western NY and lived there till 1986 when we moved south. Don't miss the snow as it does snow a little here, love to watch it come down and a few hrs later it is gone.........that i do love.
