Another thought is a chair-back cover. It could be stunning, especially with a holiday theme where each chair back is outfitted with a cover so the dahlia provides an upper-back cushion effect. I think it would appear so luxurious, especially if coordinated with a table centerpiece dahlia. Elegant.
But for singles, I love the drawing of the dahlia tote and the idea as well for a hatbox type lid for "treasures."
