If you're going to build or modify a table or desk and want to lower the machine - I know you said you didn't need one (but that's a great price).
How about countertops from HomeDepot?
My sewing table for serger/embroidery/coverlockmachine is made of countertops and I love it.
For the quilting I would like more space behind the machine and thought of modifying some kind of table.
I also came across that lift system but I cant figure out on how to attach that to a siple four leged table and I will rarely use the freearm function.
