Found them on eBay - custom made! They measure 30mm x 70mm and you fold in half and you sew them into a seam, more like a garment label really, but thought they would be quite versatile for the cushion covers I make, and can be folded and sewn on flat like a normal label on quilts. Or appliqued (still need to learn how to do that!) to a hand written label in the case of any more gift quilts I ever make. And for £6 (USD $9.31) for 50 of them it didn't break the bank either!
