I've did that even purched a new battery,just wait it out I guess.
I typed in *228. Then I clicked on 'options' and on option 2 which was ' add 2- second pause'. Nothing happened. So I started again, and clicked 'send' after entering *228 and 'restricted number' appeared on the screen. I clicked send again, then 'options' and options 2 ('add 2-second pause'). Nothing happened.

What am I doing wrong?
