Thanks everyone for the responses. It makes me feel much better. I'm going to keep the prices at 30 & 40 for the craft festival. I go to a large church & this festival is really a large one for a church. The church has had this for several years. They want to specialize in homemade products. And the vendors want to come back to it every year. This will be my first time doing this or selling anything really. If the price of fabric keeps going up and I want to try this again then I might raise my prices $5 or so. I'll let everyone know how it goes in Nov.
I made my daughter a purse for Christmas and she works in a medical office. When two of the nurses saw her purse they had a fit and one ordered one and the other ordered 2 and my daughter charged them $55 each and they paid it. I gave them a website to pick out the fabric they wanted. I put beads on my ties and I machine quilt the bottom section of the bag. They were very happy with their purchases.
