They are delicious in cobblers, or even berry pies - I use a combo of raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, and blueberries and mmmmmmmmmmmm, good with a big scoop of ice cream on fresh warm pie - nothing better and I really don't notice the seeds - they bake through enough to not be a burden in eating them - at least that is my thought - some people can't handle eating seeds, so in that case I'd say they'd have to be used for ice cream topping and jellys by straining the juice out of the berry after cooking and proceed with the jelly making or jar up the juice and cook with sugar to consistency of ice cream topping... sooooo good.
