The problem is the iron may have set the ink... It will come out... it is just finding the right cleaner/product :D:D:D
I just wanted to let everybody know that I bought and used the Awesome all purpose cleaner and it worked. Thank you very much for everybody's help. I never heard of it before and the lady at the checkout told me that they can't keep it in stock. All the people who used it ones are using it again. Thank you, thank you. Barb T
