It's all about business. Everyone should know that!..They keep you coming back. Most people, once you're in the shop, will buy what they need, while you're there. No sense in running all the way across town to a different shop, you're in one, for petes sake. I'm taking an applique class, went to sign up for the class, got my supply list, bought what I needed right there in the shop. Probably a little more expensive than you can find items somewhere else..but, I'm right there, no sense in wasting gas to run across town to another shop/store.....see, it's all about business......I love my applique class and I'm willing to go the extra expense to have a day out with my new found quilt friends. You buy your BOM kit, oops, I need this, I need that...Geez, I'm right here, might as well pick up what I need while I'm here. See, it's very simple. You go to expensive restaurants to eat food that would cost far less if you cooked at home, may not taste the same, but still, you have to eat. Why do you go to a restaurant when you probably have a whole kitchen full of food? .....Excitement, Enjoyment and Fun! ! ! ! Plain and simple.....
