I noticed that many replied that Fall is the best time to visit their state. Please include Kentucky on that list. But the Fall colors are not the only reason to visit KY in the Fall. Starting the middle of Sept, you will fnd festivals all over the state. One well known is the Court Days in Mt. Sterling. The whole town becomes and 3-day festival. There are many others.
