A friend of mine is looking for some help tracking down a recipe:
"My great aunt used to make a recipe she got from my Sicilian great grandmother. It was raw mackeral "cooked" ala ceviche, in vinegar and mint. Aunt Grace absolutely refused to share any recipes with my mother. It's one of mom's favorite dishes for Christmas Eve and I'd like to make it for her this year, but I can't find a recipe for it any where. I have scoured the internet to no avail. Any help is welcome :-)"
I figure that with as many people frequent this board, maybe someone somewhere may have an idea what this may entail! Thanks!
