You can purchase the risers at Bed, Bath & Beyond or places like that. They are not too expensive. You can also raise the table to a special height for yourself by using PVC pipe - you would need to measure and purchase the correct diameter pipe - and most home improvement (Lowe's, Home Depot, OSH) might even cut it for you. Don't forget to include the addition of an end cap for each leg.
