Are you referring to Hancock Fabrics or Hancock of Paducah? Hancock fabrics has a line called Small Talk which has the same colors and similar features but is not the same fabric. I thought maybe the fabric we were searching for was a coordinate to this line, but unfortunately it isn't. Still hoping someone recognizes this. Thanks for the suggestion though. Gave me some new avenues to explore.

I was thinking of Hancock Fabrics. I actually purchased something similar and there were two or three coordinating prints, which made me think of it.
