:oops: About 10 years old. First pieced quilt I made when I was teaching myself how to quilt. It is king size, and the pieces are a combination of 100% cotton and polyester cotton. All the Dresden Plates are poly-cotton; but sashing and plate backgrounds, cornerstones with appliqued hearts and the backing are cotton. I just lost incentive when I learned that combining 100% cotton and poly together in a quilt rarely results in a pretty quilt. What makes it even sadder is the fact that the top is done, the quilt is sandwiched, and did a "ton" of hand-quilting on it before I lost my incentive.
