I like to mix the dough in my breadmaker and then bake it myself. I love to make English Muffins and Bagels. I also make my favorite white bread recipe and then I "braid" three
strands together, let it rise, brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with seseme or poppy seeds. People are so impressed wth homemade bread. I am not baking too much in this heat. But as soon as it cools off a bit I'll be back at it!
King Arthur bread mixes rock in our house. You can also find bread mixes at Wally Mart and around the holidays you can find them all over the place!
