I was googleing an old pattern company that I heard mentioned on a quilting program that I was listening too and i found this link

If you scroll down to "The Index of the Hearth Home" with the pictures of the quilt blocks in that edition you will see a quilt block called The Maple Leaf that is very similar to your quilt.
