I personally think that the Dr. is engaging in fraud. My brother lived in Atlanta and his dr billed him for an office visit if he called in to have a prescription renewed. Not fair. Call Medicare and your insurance. We all have to let Medicare know what is happening or the whole program will go belly up. Do make that call; it is not right to be charged like that.
