I think that is so wrong. With my doc anything I have done goes on one bill. The only extra I ever pay besides my co pay is for certain things that are not totally covered. You need to check with your insurance co. My husband was being billed $1,100 per Doc visit at the dialysis center, One day I was looking at the bill and realized that he could only charge what Medcare allows since he contracts with them.
