I can't get the feed dogs to engage on my Brother HS2000. I bought it a yr & 1/2 ago so warranty is probably up, but I wrote to AllBrands where I purchased from & they gave me several suggestions to try to correct the matter. I e-mailed and called on the phone & they were very pleasant. This morning the owner wrote me & suggested a dealer in my area to get it repaired. I called them & was told repair would be $25.00 & parts!! My DH says he can deal with that so we may get it fixed soon!! Yippee!!! I'm so lost without it! It's like a body part at this point! LOL! AllBrands.com has excellent customer service!! :thumbup:
