I put flour, water, salt and yeast in my breadmaker and just use the dough setting. When it's finished with the first rise I take it out and shape it into a loaf or rolls. Let rise again and then bake. Just the first rising it's ready for great pizza dough. I use steam bread pans and make the seasoned loaves like Subway has. I just as the seasoning, cheese and other ingredients to the dough after first rise. Caution: Don't do this unless you want to do it all the time. My family expects fresh bread daily. LOL
