Those look a lot like the attachments that go with my c. 1900 Standard Treadle machine. This was a black tin box lined with purple velvet. Attachments include various sizes of hemmers, an underbraider, ruffler, and tucker.
I have a box of Greist attachments for bottom clamp that look just like this, and they fit my 1917 Western Electric e-machine. I haven't tried them yet, because she needs re-wiring...some of her wires are plain BARE!! Scary!! But, yeah, my attachments look just like those. She has a large screw with a rounded head that holds the attachments to the machine. There's not really another "part" that holds them on, just that really large-headed screw.
