Ice,ice,ice! 1 1/2 yrs ago I had a lumbar fusion & because of blood loss, they cold not get my blood pressure to stabalize. Because of this, I could not have any pain meds.
They put ice packs on my back & I was fine until they melted. Then the pain was excruciating. I'd call for another ice pack & the pain was gone. I was surprised & amazed. God bless & good luck! Debbie Stair
