I do and love it. A couple of years ago, I just purchased an infant/toddler outfit at a garage sale for .25 cents. Sewed the legs closed and put it on a hanger and that is my cheap clothes pin bag. It works great. Just make sure the neck opening is large enough for your hand full of pins.
