Very nice machine and yes it is a 66 Red Eye. My favorite machine.

the decals may be damaged but the sewing machine is not. Clean it up and use it, the 66 is a wonderful machine to piece with. I have 4 of them and use them all the time. Clean it up and let it be what it is and sew sew sew with it.
