Ouch!! I guess I'm lucky, because my first quilt teacher, who is an award-winning expert, became one of my very best friends, and has saved me from a lot of unintentional mistakes, bless her heart! At least you and your friend can laugh about it together (now that it's in the past) and you know that SHE knows the effort you put into the quilt!! LOL
