did you use a different needle for your machine quilting?
Generally you would use a machine quilting needled that is like a 70 or 80 sharp to as they take the higher friction.

If not, then did you change the needled after quilting? You might have a dull needle now!
I was using an 80 sharp for both--and yup--I changed it. :thumbup:
