I have never been a WW member so I can't offer help, but I can offer support and encouragement. However much weight you need to lose, however much fitness you need to gain, YOU CAN DO IT. It might take a long time, and it'll all start with baby steps, but investing in your health is never, ever a bad idea. *hugs*
