LOL...ugh, I hate draining tuna! I have found that keeping the tuna in the fridge so it's cold helps. It keeps it together better. I usually use the lid and squeeze like everyone else, and I've tried using my ricer. A little too much trouble unless I'm opening 2 cans or more.
