My husband and I both go to WW. I ***HATE*** the new Points Plus Program. I does not work if you are a vegetarian or you don't eat much meat. With the new plan, most fruits and vegetables are zero points. The minimum daily points are 29 and there is no way that I can eat that many points and not gain weight. There is simply no way I can eat that many points at all.

Several members of the meeting I go to wrote to WW and were basically told that they were neurotic and they needed to give the plan a chance. We were all there long before the change so I feel that remark was snide and ignorant. As long as you pay your $$ every month I think they are happy. With the new plan, it will take longer to reach your goal (IMHO) which is a good thing for them.

What we do now is calculate points under the old plan (sure am glad one lady saved all of the old material) and we're back in business.

They may push the "zero" point issue as far as they want. Fruit/veggies have calories and sugar no matter what spin you want to put on it.

Most of my friends have left and I think I'll be doing the same very soon. It's sad because I have done so well. But then again, I've really done it on my own since last November.
