In a post from the Quilting Coach by Penny Halgren She said that you can use waxed paper between two layers of fabric, press and they will stick together for easier sewing and no shifting. If you use freezer paper under the fabric (on top of the feed dogs) it will slide easier for FMQ. After sewing, just pull paper off. Just thought I would pass it along.
