What you have there is Calystegia hederacea ‘Flore Pleno’
Common name Japanese False Bindweed - that's why it's coming up all over your yard! Prettier than the normal bindweed though. Here's a link - good photo but French site

If you google the full latin name you can find out more about it! I read that it likes moist soil in a sunny position and it can be invasive so best confined to a pot (!).
