Here's a FQ, 18" x 22", showing how it would be cut.

The patches outlined in lime green:
Four 2.5" x 22" strips (jelly roll) and
Two 5" squares (charm pack).

The leftovers (approx) would be:
3" x 22" strip and
5" x 12" piece
