Not Billy, but no. There's no way to make the decals gold again if they silver when you're cleaning the machine. You COULD repaint or use gold leaf, but unless you're exceptionally good at it, it will be obvious.
That's a pretty machine...I'd use sewing machine oil to clean the body of it with...
