Use a small screwdriver and it will open no problem. There were only 3 keys for the Singers that I know of Square, Slot, and Triangle.

I wrote them an email and told them the same thing. They sent me a reply 3 days ago saying "Thank you, that worked and we are updating the listing." Only they never updated the listing.
Well, it's updated now, and it's not a handcrank...it's got a motor, apparently!
