I'm going to be an odd ball out here but I think I would do a solid black thin border and then a purple. Then I would bind it with leftover pieces from the center.
I was thinking thin black as well as it looks like that one fabric has a black background and then maybe the green.
I agree with the thin black border then any other color from the quilt.
