Oh yes! Bean soup is one of my favorites! That recipe sounds fantastic! I'm trying it! Sometimes I add celery/spinach/greens/chicken stock/pasta. Basically just throw together beans with what you like! Good for vegetarians and low-carb people too. Just omit what you can't/don't eat. Replace with veggies or brown rice!
