I've been getting a lot of PMs asking how I have lost the weight so here it goes... I eat no more than 1000 calories/day and no more than 20 grams of fat/day. I exercise between 45-60 minutes/day on my treadmill at a speed of 3.0 and work my way up to the highest incline. It's not about how fast you go but the incline, it really burns up the calories. Here is the best part.....my husband once read a book from Dr. Mirkin stating that if 18 meals per week are low calorie/low fat, the remaining 3 meals can be whatever you want and you will lose weight. So we cheat on Saturdays, eating whatever we want. You have to be disciplined to go back to the diet after you cheat. It makes dieting easier knowing that in 6 more days you can eat whatever you like.
