It's impossible to judge whether it's a fair price without knowing who the instructors are, their qualifications, what they will be covering in the workshops, and what else is covered by that fee (meals, refreshments, printed materials, etc). It's like asking if $500 is a fair price for a horse without telling us if it's a race horse or a plow horse. :)
