this is as close as i can come.
my yellow flags grow dry. they are identified by a hard ridge running the length of the leaves. they have a peculiar angled stem at each leaf and bud juncture.
the ones that grow pondside here are the purple slender ones, especially favored for fishpond color.
Yes I've grown the purple ones pondside before.
