the heat is making just about everyone wilt. it was 111 here today. a newscaster cooked a steak in a car today in this heat just to show how hot it it.
He could have at least given it to someone to eat. I'm available :lol:
the dashboard temp in the car was 151 degrees. the steak was cooked med rare and dried out and did not look appetizing at all. so much for st. louis' heat & humidity.
Spent last night in Mt. Vernon on our way to Springfield for 2 weeks, then Sedalia for the state fair. And yes, it is hot here, but not like south Texas and Georgia.
