I taught my 10 year old dgd to quilt. She went to my stash and chose the colors, sewed all the strips together and I quilted it and did the binding. She lives in TX so I don't get to be with her as often as I like. She made a doll quilt for her American Doll. We had a great time together, I just wish she lived closer so we could work together more. She really loved it,and so did I, I really loved spending the time with her.
