For those familiar with the Singer 66, is there a feed dog cover or something similar to buy to attempt FMQ on the machine? Since I bought her, I've had glowing reviews about FMQ on the 15's, but I don't have a 15, I have a 66. Since the 66 will be my only vintage machine for a while, I might as well learn how to FMQ on her since it was the reason I purchased her. Also, if I have to buy a feed dog cover or something, are there boardmembers out there I could contact about the part before resorting to other websites?Thank you, Melissa
Yes they make a darning plate that goes over the feed dogs and then you can FMQ all you want! :D Billy
Billy, is this a "T" shaped plate? Just curious because I have one and no idea what it is. Thanks in advance. ~ Chris
That will work, it was for the buttonholer but I wont tell if you wont!
