I grew up in Alaska and we had bears around all the time. I think they are beautiful animals. I just love them. We had one come in the house once. The front door wasn't all the way shut and when he come onto the porch to check out the freezer the leaned on the door and it opened. He came in the front and my mom pushed us out the back. It was hilarious. He just looked around a little and left the same way he came in. My mom even found it funny after she checked to make sure the big guy hadn't torn up anything while in the living room. But she did make sure that the door was securely closed after that. I miss seeing them.
